The financial department made an in-depth analysis of the domestic and international situation in view of the downward pressure on the economy, and elaborated the Group's coping strategies. And the HR department introduced in detail the training, salary, welfare and promotion mechanism of employees, emphasizing the attention to employee growth and improving employee satisfaction.

In the speech, he clearly pointed out that over the past year, the company has achieved significant phased results: the headquarter building has been completed and put into use, and the first phase of the Xieli Industrial Park has successfully passed the GMP certification for tablets and granules, and has been put into production. In addition, we have successfully passed the GMP certification of three API products and the licensing inspection of eight varieties. He emphasized that these achievements could not have been achieved without the hard work and teamwork of all employees. He is full of confidence in the future development of the company, emphasizing making progress stably, and said that the company will continue to promote the development of the whole industry chain, focus on innovation, market expansion development strategy, strengthen the protection of its own intellectual property rights (fight against counterfeit and shoddy products), improve quality and build the elite team with Xieli characteristics, in order to achieve more excellent performance goals.

After summarizing and analyzing the work situation of the previous year, President Mr. Zhang Qiang signed the 2024 annual work target responsibility letter with the heads of various functional departments one by one. The letter defines the specific requirements for each department in terms of operating performance, management efficiency and innovation ability etc. in the next year.
