In order to further improve the professional literacy, theoretical knowledge, skill level and inspection efficiency of QC inspectors in QC of Quality Department, the QC Department held the "Third Quarter of 2023 Skill Competition" in the laboratory from September 21 to September 25, 2023. The theme of this skill competition is "Truth Urges Yourself; Practice Tests True Selves".

The model is Theory test + Practical test, and the total score is calculated by the method of 50% for each of the two parts of the test. The final ranking is based on the results of the theoretical and practical examinations.

The theory examination is a closed-book exam. The examination content closely focuses on the corresponding operating procedures of the post, the general rules and regulations in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia and the relevant theoretical knowledge of GMP. The examination points are comprehensive and to strengthen the basic theoretical knowledge of the inspectors.

For practice examination, on the premise of strict compliance with the operating procedures, each step of the inspectors is tracked and evaluated in a blind inspection way. Finally, after the completion of the inspection, the evaluation team judges the operation, test results and many sides of each inspector.
