Yin Bangquan, joined Xieli in September 2014, now as the team leader of Workshop 9, responsible for the Ｅxecution of production in Workshop 9.

Yin Bangquan, who joined Xieli in September 2014, is not only a "new recruit", but also an ordinary member of the production line. Although he is not that tall, he is energetic, and has been adhering to the most sincere initial heart in the work, sticking to the most simple dedication, and cultivating the most beloved cause. He treated his work like polishing his soul, and Ｅxecuted every production task with precision and perseverance.

“Grow quality out from nothing, its benefits are small, but long-term benefits to the world, Yin Bangquan is very grateful to the company for their growth platform, with such a belief, he has also been silently rooted in the "production line" of the land for ten years, hard work, young colleagues and new employees to do a good job of imparting, help, and guide. He puts forward strict requirements not only for his own professional skills, but also for the new employees of the department, at the meantime he gives them enough space for growth, patiently guide them, carefully teach them his own solutions, and have cultivated a number of technical backbone for the workshop.
