Since QC just installed the new LC online system, some employees lack of Ｍastery and also new employees joined, QC carried out the training of LC online system to improve the ability of laboratory technicians to use and maintain the instrument, and to cultivate employees' attitude on continuous learning.

The training is mainly divided into theoretical explanation and on-site practical operation. The main content of theoretical explanation is the use of Agilent online workstation and Thermo Fisher online workstation, emphasizing the similarities and differences between the two, and improving the familiarity of employees when dealing with different instrument workstations. The on-site practical operation mainly explains the mistakes that easily happen in the use of on-site instruments and how to avoid them.

On-site practical operation

Through the training, the QC instrument technicians' abilities on using and error correcting for instrument and software are further enhanced, so as to achieve rapid, orderly and efficient use of instruments in the future work, improve work efficiency and reduce errors.
