Recently, Zhang Qiang, the general manager of Sichuan Xieli Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., convened Feng Shengguang, the person in charge of quality, Zhang Yunchun, the person in charge of government affairs, Pan Honglian, the person in charge of production, Yang Fagui, the domestic production manager, and Chen Lin, the foreign production manager, to organize collective learning on their rest days, I have systematically studied two important management methods, the "Measures for the Supervision and Administration of Drug Production" and the "Announcement of the State Food and Drug Administration on Further Improving the Related Review, Approval and Supervision of Drugs (No. 56 of 2019)", laying a solid foundation for in-depth understanding and application of these two management methods. The responsible persons shared their learning experiences and discussed and communicated the doubts that existed during the learning process based on the actual situation of the company. Based on the implementation of the "Drug Production Supervision and Management Measures" on July 1st, the General Manager of the company has made follow-up work arrangements, requiring departments such as HR, Administration, Production, Quality, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, etc. to adjust the organizational structure and departmental work plans, financial budgets, and ensure the implementation of the "Drug Production Supervision and Management Measures".
