"Steeds gallop to greet a prosperous era, spring breeze brings warmth to every family" In the blink of an eye, 2025 is drawing to a close. As the new spring of 2026 arrives with all things taking on a new look, the Trade Union Committee of Sichuan Xieli Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xieli Pharma Trade Union") wishes everyone a Happy Chinese New Year, all the best, and a prosperous Year of the Horse! 

Looking back on 2025, under the strong leadership of the higher-level Party committees and trade unions and with the vigorous support of Mr. Zhang Qiang, Chairman of the Group, Xieli Pharma Trade Union closely focused on the enterprise development strategy and the company's annual core tasks, earnestly performed its trade union functions. It has carried out fruitful work in strengthening ideological guidance, safeguarding employees' rights and interests, caring for employees' health, inheriting the enterprise's warmth, attending to employees' daily lives, fulfilling social responsibilities, and enriching corporate culture. It has fully played the role of a bridge and bond between the enterprise and employees, and made due contributions to promoting the company's harmonious stability and high-quality development. The main work carried out by Xieli Pharma Trade Union in 2025 is reviewed as follows:

1.Caring for Employees' Health; Optimizing the Working Environment

In 2025, the trade union organized a summer cooling campaign. In response to the persistent high temperatures this summer, the trade union carried out multiple heatstroke prevention condolence activities from July to August, continuously distributing watermelons, Huoxiang Zhengqi Oral liquid, herbal tea and other supplies. It set up multiple "Summer Cooling Stations" in the factory area, optimized ventilation facilities, adjusted work shifts, and improved employees' meals. These measures made employees, especially front-line production workers in the workshops, feel the care and the slightest coolness from the company's trade union amid their busy work. At the same time, the company's trade union also felt the positive work sentiment that "no matter how high the temperature is, it is not as high as the working enthusiasm of our colleagues". 2. Inheriting the Enterprise's Warmth; Enhancing Employee Cohesion

The trade union organized condolence visits to retired long-serving employees on important festivals such as the Spring Festival and the Mid-Autumn Festival. In 2025, the chairman of the company's trade union led teams to pay home visits to many retired senior staff on multiple occasions, presenting them with daily necessities and living supplies. The union had heartfelt, face-to-face conversations with the retirees, inquiring in detail about their physical health and daily lives, and urging them to take good care of themselves and stay healthy with the changing seasons.With sincerity, affection and care, the company's trade union brought the warmth of the big corporate family to the hearts of the retired senior staff. This initiative also inspired all employees to uphold the fine traditions of hard work and perseverance passed down by the older generation, carry forward the enterprise's culture of respecting the elderly, and pass on the warmth of the company. In doing so, it has continuously enhanced employees' sense of belonging and strengthened the overall team cohesion. Though retired, the senior staff have always caring about company's development. They are deeply touched by the company's meticulous and consistent care over the years, and have expressed their sincere gratitude and best wishes to the company from the bottom of their hearts, hoping for an even more brilliant and prosperous future for the company.

3.Conveying the Warmth of Assistance; Providing Precise Employee Services

In 2025, Xieli trade union went deep into every employee to understand their work, life and family conditions, established a list of employees in difficulty, set up a assistance group for employees in difficulty, kept real-time track of their dynamics, and sent them timely care and solicitude, doing a good job in daily condolence and "sending warmth" activities. With the power of love, the trade union has built a warm home for them, making every employee in difficulty of the enterprise feel that: "In the face of difficulties, we are not alone. The enterprise trade union is our strong backing, and we will always trust the big family of the enterprise trade union when facing hardships!"

4. Fulfilling Social Responsibilities; Demonstrating Enterprise Commitment

The trade union organized company employees to actively participate in voluntary blood donation. In July 2025, Xieli Pharma Trade Union jointly held a voluntary blood donation activity with the Chengdu Blood Center. Dozens of employees took an active part and successfully donated blood, winning high recognition from the blood center. Through this public welfare blood donation activity, the trade union advocated a health concept among employees, strengthened the awareness of overall health management, earnestly fulfilled social responsibilities and obligations, demonstrated the social responsibility of Xieli staff, and highlighted the company's commitment to social responsibilities.

5. Enriching Corporate Culture; Boosting Employee Cohesion

A variety of cultural activities were held on traditional festivals. On the Dragon Boat Festival in 2025, Xieli Trade Union, in cooperation with the H&R Department, organized a variety of traditional cultural activities and modern safety education activities, such as arrow-throwing (interpreting the demeanor of a gentleman), lacquered fan making (carrying cultural innovation), Zongzi wrapping (conveying the warmth of reunion), and safety drills (building a solid defense line for life).  Combining traditional folk customs with modern safety, these activities not only enhanced the cohesion among employees, but also reminded employees to always keep the safety bottom line in mind and build a solid defense line for life while busy with work, ensuring that "everyone understands safety and everyone can respond to emergencies". 

In addition, as the Spring Festival of 2026 approaches, Xieli Pharma Trade Union has sent holiday blessings and gifts to all employees of the Group, thanking them for their hard work over the past year. The company's development cannot do without you, and the company will surely take new steps forward with your joint efforts!
