As the year turns and new glories unfold, on the occasion of the approaching New Year's Day of 2026, I, on behalf of Xieli Group and the subsidiaries including Difeite and Yiyuan, extend my sincere gratitude and best wishes to all colleagues, partners, and friends from all walks of life who have long cared for and supported Xieli's development!

Looking back on 2025, we have embarked on a solid and unforgettable journey hand in hand. Faced with industry changes and market challenges, all Xieli staff have always upheld the original aspiration of "Work together to create a healthy cause", taking innovation as the oar and quality as the helm, achieving continuous breakthroughs in steady operation and accumulating strength through pragmatic efforts.

his year, we continued to increase R&D investment, obtained production and marketing approvals for 1 API and 2 preparations, 2 products entered the supplementary review stage, and filed 3 new patent applications. We joined hands with international customers to accelerate the localized layout in key regions, carried out joint declarations and pipeline introductions focusing on innovative drugs and high-difficulty generic drugs, and promoted the upgrading of the industrial value chain through technological synergy.

This year, we keep deepening the construction of a global quality system, successfully passed on-site inspections and compliance assessments by authoritative regulatory authorities at home and abroad, including China NMPA, the U.S. FDA, and Japan PMDA. With rigorous processes and stable quality, we provided safe and reliable raw material guarantees for the global pharmaceutical industry chain.

This year, we actively fulfilled our social responsibilities and continued to contribute to the effective connection between poverty alleviation and rural revitalization. We deepened the "enterprises+cooperatives+farmers" assistance model, leveraged the advantages of the pharmaceutical industry to provide full-cycle technical guidance on Chinese medicinal material cultivation for former national-level poor villages, built a production and sales connection channel, and effectively drove the stable income increase of local farmers.

This year, we continuously optimized employee relations and the working environment, and improved the talent training and growth mechanism. By improving the salary and welfare system, carrying out hierarchical and classified skills training, and promoting job competition and career planning guidance, we strived to build a growth platform for every employee. By upgrading office and living facilities, expanding the coverage of health checks, and adding psychological counseling hotlines, we comprehensively guarded the physical and mental health of employees. Through organizing special team-building activities and holiday condolences, we continuously enhanced team cohesion and centripetal force, allowing every Xieli staff to realize their value in struggle and share achievements in growth.

This year, we steadily expanded the international market, deepened strategic cooperation with global partners, and promoted the in-depth integration of high-quality Chinese APIs with the global pharmaceutical industry.
