and fake official seal, impersonating our company’s employees to send false information, which trying
to slander, smear our company and relevant managers. Such bad behavior not only caused serious bad
influence on the good business image established by our company for a long time, but also caused
serious damage to the interests of our customers. Therefore, we hereby solemnly Ｄeclare:

I. We, Sichuan Xieli Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., as an enterprise with good reputation, once again
remind our honor partners to identify carefully our company’s official information. The official email
domain, website address and number of official seal are as below:

II. We hereby require the personnel who published the false information to immediately stop the acts of

III. We will monitor and track in real time all kinds of acts that fraudulent use or infringe upon our
company’s reputation or rights and interests. The facts of infringement shall be preserved through
notarial institutes according to the law, and we will reserve through legal ways to pursue the infringing
party’s malicious slander acts. All legal liabilities arising therefrom shall be borne by the infringing party.
