Spring came, all things on the earth revive, enjoying the warm sunshine, we feel the breath of spring, it brings hope and the power of life. Today, QC department carried out a team-bonding activity with the theme of "Gather strength, Cooperate together".

The purpose of the team-bonding is to integrate the unity, trust and communication between colleagues into the game, and increase the cohesion and trust between colleagues in a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere.

Team-bonding activities could effectively promote communication and exchange among employees, improve work efficiency and cohesion, enhance corporate culture and values, stimulate employees' enthusiasm and initiative, and promote employees' career and personal development.

After the "fierce" competition, finally ushered in our harvest time, getting the prize.

From this team-bonding activity, we got valuable gains:

1、Enhance communication and cooperation: Team-bonding activities provide opportunities for team members to communicate and cooperate, help members better understand each other, and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of team cooperation.
